Permanent Part-Time Lead Veterinary Nurse – York

Job Description:

• Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a confident and dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly team as a Lead Nurse in a busy first opinion practice.
• This role requires leadership in the surgical environment, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of clinical, patient, and client care.
• Leadership experience is preferred, but teamwork is essential.
• The position is part-time, requiring 20 hours per week, specifically on Thursdays and Fridays from 08:00 to 19:00.
• The successful candidate will work alongside a team of seven VCAs, Nurses, and Student Nurses.

• The practice has been providing exceptional veterinary care to pets in York and the surrounding area for over 100 years. It operates with three branches and is passionate about animals, offering Out of Hours services, consultations, nurse clinics, CT scanning, and advanced surgery.
