The practice is seeking an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join a dynamic team in Essex. Role Requirements:

• Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with RCVS registration.
• Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in small animal practice in the UK.
• Confidence in routine surgeries and consults for small animals.
• Experience in a Lead Veterinary role is advantageous.
• Candidates seeking Clinical Lead or Senior positions are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work 3-4 days per week (9am-7pm) with 1:4 weekends on a rota basis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
