Key Details:
- Working Days: Early, Day, and Late shifts with weekend rota 1 in 5
- Hours: Early 7:00 am–4:00 pm, Day 8:30 am–5:30 pm, Late 10:00 am–7:00 pm
- The weekend rota is 1 in 5. The night rota is 1 in 10, structured as 7 nights on followed by 7 days recovery, and includes an additional allowance.
- Duties: Consultations, surgery, collaboration across clinical teams, audits, and continuous improvement, optional mentoring
About the Role:
- Our client requires an Associate Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive and progressive team.
- The role involves delivering first-class patient care across consultations and surgery, balancing a diagnostic-first approach with practical treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- The surgeon will provide clear and compassionate communication, contributing to audits, continuous improvement, and innovation. Collaboration across veterinary, nursing, and client care teams is essential. There is full rota support from senior veterinary surgeons.
