The role will include a balanced caseload of consultations, routine surgical procedures, and general inpatient care. The clinician will manage their own diary and work with the clinical team to maintain continuity of care. Confidence with common first-opinion procedures and handling a steady consult list will be required. Clear communication and sound clinical judgment will be expected.
