Key Details:

• Working Days: 4 days per week
• Hours: 8:30 am to 7:00 pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
• Duties: Nurse consultations, admissions and discharges, anaesthesia monitoring and surgical nursing, in-patient care and recovery
• Salary: Competitive – up to £31,000 p/a, relfective of skills and experience

About the Role:

• Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to take a senior role at a busy branch on a fixed-term basis of 12 months.
• The position is sole charge as the practice’s only RVN, covering nurse clinics, patient admissions and discharges, anaesthesia monitoring, surgical nursing, and in-patient care and recovery.
• The successful candidate will be RCVS registered, confident with nurse clinics and complex anaesthesia, and committed to high clinical standards.
• The rota is full-time at 38 hours over four days, providing structured days with a protected lunch break.
