The client is seeking a dedicated small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive team. The positions involve working at their main surgery in Luton as well as their branch practice. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to enhance their medical or surgical skills or specialise in a particular field.

Role Highlights:

  • Supported by an experienced veterinary team and a full complement of registered and student nurses.
  • As the practice is an accredited nurse training centre, the successful candidates will contribute to the training and development of nursing staff.
  • The position includes a mix of main centre and branch work, providing variety in daily responsibilities.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time positions are preferred, with a half-day off each week.
  • Shorter working weeks may be negotiable.
  • No out-of-hours (OOH), Sundays, or bank holiday shifts required.
  • Includes some Saturday morning shifts on a shared rota basis.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proactive, organised, and efficient individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
  • Comfortable with sole charge responsibilities as required.
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working on diverse and exciting cases.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of up to £50,000 p/a, reflective of skills and experience.
