Facilities include an in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, ultrasound, and dental equipment. The practice also offers a 24-hour out-of-hours service and pet diagnostic imaging.

As an integral part of the local community, the practice actively participates in events such as The Rutland Show and Rutland Pet Festival. They also collaborate with local charities, including Cats Protection and Leicester Animal Rescue.
