The client is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive and community-focused practice. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, working two days per week, and is ideal for someone looking for a role that prioritises work-life balance.

– Practice: A well-equipped first-opinion veterinary practice with a strong community presence
– Hours: Part-time, two days per week (flexible scheduling available)
– Salary: Up to £62,000 FTE per annum pro-rata (dependent on experience)
– Start Date: The role starts as soon as possible and is ongoing for the foreseeable future

About the Practice:
The practice is based in Uppingham, Leicestershire, and provides a range of small animal services, including preventative care, diagnostics, and surgery. Facilities include an in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, ultrasound, and dental equipment. The practice also offers a 24-hour out-of-hours service and pet diagnostic imaging.
As an integral part of the local community, the practice actively participates in events such as The Rutland Show and Rutland Pet Festival. They also collaborate with local charities, including Cats Protection and Leicester Animal Rescue.
