Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a progressive and independent veterinary practice in Horsham, West Sussex. About the Role:

The role involves working within a well-equipped practice that prioritises clinical excellence and patient care. The successful candidate will:

• Lead and inspire a team of veterinary nurses and support staff.
• Be highly competent in monitoring general anaesthetics, theatre work, laboratory tasks, taking blood samples, and providing exceptional care for pets.
• Engage in a variety of responsibilities, including nurse consultations, theatre work, coaching team members, and ward care.
• Work 40 hours per week, with 1 in 4 weekends at a nearby hospital branch located 15 minutes away.
• The practice offers a range of modern facilities, including digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental equipment, K-laser, and an in-house laboratory.
