Key Details:
- Salary: £45,000-£60,000 FTE, dependent on experience.
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8.00 am – 6.00 pm, 4 days per week). Flexibility and part-time options are available for the right candidate, ideally working across both branches.
- Weekend Rota: 1:4 Saturdays, either of the branch practice, supported by the Brighton hospital for complex cases or transfers.
About the Role:
The client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join their RCVS-accredited practice. This role offers the opportunity to work across two branches, spending equal time between their two practices in the Worthing area.
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues.
- Be an approachable team player with the confidence to take sole charge when required.
- Deliver outstanding client service with a strong understanding of contextualised care.
- Work up their own cases while referring emergencies and hospital patients to the central Brighton hospital.

The practice has been delivering exceptional veterinary care to the region’s pets for over 45 years. It operates a large, purpose-built hospital in Brighton alongside five fully equipped branch practices. The team comprises multiple certificate holders and professionals with diverse clinical interests and expertise.
