The Role and Candidate:

  • This role requires a confident Veterinary Surgeon with a broad range of general practice skills, comfortable with sole charge, and possessing strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • The caseload is varied, ranging from routine health consultations to complex medical cases and surgeries.
  • Consultations are 15 minutes as standard, with structured days that include time for breaks, administration, and lunch.

The practice is led by an experienced Clinical Lead who is working towards a certificate in Emergency and Critical Care, alongside a dedicated Head Nurse and Clinical Coach. The team is composed of 15 skilled professionals who are committed to providing exceptional veterinary care. The practice is fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratories, and offers ample onsite parking. Located in a lively maritime city, the practice is well-positioned near some of the UK’s finest beaches and national parks, offering an excellent work-life balance.
