Key Details:

• Salary: £45,000-£60,000 FTE, dependent on experience.
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8.00 am – 6.00 pm, 4 days per week). Flexibility and part-time options are available for the right candidate, ideally working across both branches.
• Weekend Rota: 1:4 Saturdays, either of the branch practice, supported by the Brighton hospital for complex cases or transfers.

About the Role:

The client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join their RCVS-accredited practice. This role offers the opportunity to work across two branches, spending equal time between their two practices in the Worthing area.

The successful candidate will:

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Be an approachable team player with the confidence to take sole charge when required.
• Deliver outstanding client service with a strong understanding of contextualised care.
• Work up their own cases while referring emergencies and hospital patients to the central Brighton hospital.
