About the Role:

The client is seeking a capable Registered Veterinary Nurse to support a busy 24/7 hospital on a rolling rota. The locum will cover a mix of day and potential out-of-hours shifts, contributing to inpatient care, theatre, wards, and consult support. The role will suit an RVN who is confident with anaesthesia, patient triage, and working within a multidisciplinary team. Accommodation can be provided at a nearby house for one month free of charge, after which rent would be owed. Pets are not permitted in the accommodation and there is no WiFi. The rota can be shared upon request.

About the Practice:

The practice operates from a refurbished Edwardian building and functions as a 24/7 hospital and referral centre. It is well equipped with an in-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasonography, endoscopy, and CT, enabling comprehensive first opinion and referral services. The team includes over 50 professionals with around 15 vets and 15 nurses, supported by experienced colleagues across disciplines. The hospital handles routine care through to complex medical and surgical cases within a collaborative environment.
