About the Role:

• The client is seeking a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to guide a supportive small animal team and uphold high clinical standards.
• The role requires leadership across day-to-day caseloads, mentoring colleagues, and delivering excellent patient and client care.
• The position offers clinical freedom and access to advanced equipment, including ultrasound, dental X‑ray, and modern surgical and diagnostic tools.
• The working pattern is four days per week with one in three Saturdays, and there are no overnight duties due to an in-house night service.
• The practice supports professional development through full funding for advanced certificates as CPD or a £2,000 CPD budget for five days.

About the Package:
