Key Role Info:
- Salary: £65,000–£80,000 p/a. reflective of skills and experience
- Hours: Full-time – 4 or 5-day week – your choice
- OOHs: Participate in the on-call rota 1 in 12 (with additional spring support), supported by a dedicated night vet covering half the rota.
About The Role:
- Our client is seeking an experienced Farm Clinical Director or a motivated Farm Veterinary Surgeon ready to step into a leadership role.
- This is an opportunity to join a dedicated, farm-only veterinary practice in South East Cornwall, taking on a senior clinical position that combines leadership responsibilities with high-quality veterinary care.
Responsibilities: The Farm Clinical Director will:
- Lead clinical standards and promote best practices within the veterinary team.
- Collaborate with the Farm Practice Manager, providing clinical guidance and oversight to support practice operations.
- Act as Vet Services Manager, overseeing the delivery of government OV work.
- Deliver excellent clinical services, with a focus on proactive and consultancy-led dairy work being advantageous.
Who is Sought:
- This role is ideal for a confident and motivated farm veterinary surgeon with a passion for clinical leadership.
- While leadership experience is welcomed, it is not essential, as support will be provided for those stepping into this role for the first time.
