Our client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their dynamic team in Coventry, Warwickshire. This established practice offers flexible working hours and prides itself on a friendly atmosphere and strong team spirit. The successful candidate will join a team comprising 6 vets, 8 nurses, a Student Veterinary Nurse, a Veterinary Care Assistant, 7 Receptionists, and a Practice Manager.

About The Role:

• The ideal candidate will be a lead vet or an experienced vet capable of guiding the team.
• Confidence in handling routine surgical and medical cases is essential, while special interests, particularly in exotics, are welcomed and supported.
• The role is full-time, including 1 in 4 weekends, with no sole charge or out-of-hours responsibilities.
• The practice offers flexibility in shifts and rotation to ensure a balanced work-life structure.

The Package:

• A competitive salary of up to £70,000 p/a, reflective of skills and experience.
