Our client is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their supportive and vibrant team. This is a unique opportunity for a vet who values work-life balance, flexibility, and a collegial environment.
About the team and daily role:
- The team comprises four vets with a range of experience, five seasoned nurses, and four receptionists.
- The practice prioritises animal welfare above financial targets and fosters a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
- Appointment times are set to ensure thorough consultations, and staff are paid for 30 minutes after closing time to ensure everyone leaves on time.
The Hours:
- The practice is open to accommodating shifts that suit your lifestyle. Whether you prefer full or part-time, certain days of the week, longer or shorter days, the team is willing to work with you.
- Weekend hours are flexible and negotiable, but ideally, they are looking for someone to work one in four (Saturday 9 am – 5:30 pm and Sunday 10:30 am – 4 pm).

- The ideal candidate will be personable, possess good clinical skills, be experienced with consultations and routine procedures, and have excellent communication skills.
- The ability to build a rapport with clients and support colleagues is paramount.
