Key Details:
- Working Days: They are open to full or part-time applicants. Between 2-5 days a week with no weekends required.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Duties: Leadership of clinical standards, consultations, and routine surgery, collaboration with an experienced RVN, shaping and developing the clinic
- Salary: The salary they are offering is up to £70,000 FTE, reflective of skills and experience ( with annual reviews, and optional accommodation can be provided during the settling-in period.

About the Role:
- The client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to step into a lead position within an independent, veterinary nurse-owned small animal practice.
- The role offers clinical freedom, decision-making authority, and the scope to develop protocols and services alongside a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse.
- The position is full or part-time with no weekends, out-of-hours, or bank holiday commitments.
- The successful candidate will manage a balanced caseload of consultations and routine procedures, maintain high standards of patient care, and contribute to service development that aligns with patient-first values.
