About the Role:
The client is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to provide locum cover across specified dates. The nurse will support the clinical team with patient triage, inpatient care, anaesthesia monitoring, surgical preparation, dental assistance, laboratory work, and imaging. The role requires confident communication, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to clinical protocols. The nurse will work a fixed 10:00 am to 6:30 pm schedule on the agreed dates.
About the Practice:
The practice is a modern, well-equipped small animal clinic in a village setting. It offers digital X-ray, ultrasound, and a full range of routine and surgical services. The team comprises 5 veterinarians and 7 support staff who collaborate to deliver consistent patient care. As a registered nurse training practice, it promotes continual learning and development within a supportive environment. The practice operates six days a week with flexible scheduling.
