About the Role:

The client is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse or a soon-to-qualify student nurse to join a growing team. The role will require preparation of patients for surgical procedures, assistance in the operating theatre, and clear communication with owners before and after operations. The nurse will administer treatments, support safe animal restraint when required, and maintain rigorous hygiene standards across equipment, theatres, and consult areas. Educating pet owners on preventative care, nutrition, and vaccinations will form a key part of daily duties. Experience is essential, with applications welcomed from RVNs and final-year student nurses. The rota includes participation in out-of-hours duties, so candidates must live within a 20-minute commute of the practice.
