Role Details

• Salary starting from £33,000 to £40,000 p/a, reflective of skills and experience
• Working pattern: 4 days per week, with 9-hour shifts, duty nights, and a 1:4 weekend rota.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs), students, and Veterinary Care Assistants (VCAs).
