- Salary starting from £33,000 to £40,000 p/a, reflective of skills and experience
- Working pattern: 4 days per week, with 9-hour shifts, duty nights, and a 1:4 weekend rota.

- The client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Veterinary Nurse to lead their nursing team in a modern, purpose-built veterinary practice located in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs), students, and Veterinary Care Assistants (VCAs).

- Support the professional development of team members through training and mentorship.
- Collaborate with the wider veterinary team to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
