Our client is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to lead a dynamic team in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. The position is full-time, requiring 39 hours per week with a 1:4 weekend rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the continuous improvement of clinical standards and services.
• Upskill colleagues to support the aim of being a centre of clinical excellence.
• Deliver outstanding care and evidence-based practices.
• Lead and inspire the team to achieve strategic goals.
• Be on call for any overnight inpatients.

The Salary: This permanent role offers an attractive salary of £75,000-£90,000 p/a, reflective of skills and experience.

It provides a wide range of services from routine check-ups to emergency surgeries. The practice operates from 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays and 9 am to 5 pm on weekends.
